Fathers Day 2010: Lucky Girls

I helped Keira make a card for Bear for Father's Day, and asked her to tell me some things that Daddy likes. She told me:

"Daddy likes coffee."
"He likes breakfast meats."
"Daddy likes to watch Dodgers."
"Daddy likes watching soccer and playing Super Soccer Kick with me."
"Daddy likes basketball."

So that's what we wrote inside his card, with illustrations inside that I drew and Keira painted with watercolors. It came out adorable...purple breakfast sausage and all.

Happy Father's Day to the best dad I could ever have wanted for our two little girls!

Happy Father's Day to Poppy, who (along with Grandma N.) drove all the way from Arizona for Elliana's first birthday party. We don't get to see him enough, but when he's here, he gives the girls enough kisses and love to last a while!

Happy Father's Day to Pop-Pop, who somehow never runs out of energy for baseball, archery, stories, and whatever else the grandkids want to subject him to!

Happy Father's Day to Pap-Pap, who always lets the girls "help" with gardening, sweeping, home repairs...and ice cream!

Happy Father's Day to Grampy, who taught Mommy how to ride a bike, how to drive a car, and how to put family first (even at the end of a long day). Now he has two new little girls to push around on bikes and scooters, and they love every minute of it!

Happy Father's Day to all the dads who make every day feel like Daughters/Sons/Wives Day. The world is a better place because of you!
