Today was House Hunting: Day Two and we found a perfect house! It has a room downstairs that we can use as a play room, and a nice-sized back yard perfect for a BBQ and a swing set (but not too much for Greg to mow). Eventually we'd want to put a concrete patio out there, since it's all grass right now, but otherwise it has everything we've been looking for and is in the perfect location!
We put in our bid tonight and are hoping to hear back tomorrow. There are two other offers on the house, but the seller's agent told ours that they were both well below asking price, so we bid pretty close to asking (our best offer, up front). Cross your fingers for us!
