Although I generally love being pregnant and am trying to soak up my last month "alone" with Cubby before Cubby Two comes, I saw something similar to this online and thought it was cute:

Pursuant to the provisions of this pregnancy, you are hereby given a 30-day notice to vacate the premises and appurtenances owned by Mommy, which premises are now occupied by you.
As compensation for the loss of this residence, the landlords, heretofore referred to as Mommy and Daddy, are willing to provide alternative accommodations at The Bears' Den, at which location you are invited to partake of unlimited oxygen, milk, and snuggles.
The additions and renovations you have already made upon the property have been duly, and ruefully, noted. Please practice due diligence in vacating the property on or about April 5, 2009, without inflicting further damage to the facilities.
