Today was my first day on my own with the girls since Bear went back to work--up until now, I've had help/visitors every day to help keep Keira busy and pass the time. Even though Keira woke up at 6:30am (an ungodly hour for a child who likes to sleep in till 8:30 or 9 as a rule) manifesting her sniffles in the form of pure crankiness, things went fine overall. We ventured to Target, and Ellie slept the whole time; when we got home, Keira took a rare nap (a three-hour one, at that!) and I slept on the couch with Ellie-bug napping on my chest. So cozy!

ReplyDeleteI'm so glad that you are enjoying mother of two so much! Elliana is so cute...I love all the faces she makes. By the way, Henry gets his picture taken about 50% less than Madison did when she was his age...it's the second child syndrome.
